LegUpRx sets minimum pricing required to cover clinical care, pharmacy fulfillment, and operations. You keep 100% of the difference. Your revenue depends on your pricing strategy and customer retention. Most businesses find it easiest to market to their customers in person since they already have trust with their clients. You should never pretend to be a prescriber or doctor—your role is as a business owner using our platform, not a medical provider.

We issue payouts on the 1st and 16th of each month through Gusto. You can track which orders have been paid out and which are still processing within your business dashboard. We wait 2 weeks after delivery to pay out revenue to protect both of us against chargebacks / disputes from the end customer. Payouts do require you to onboard to Gusto and enter your payment details (we send you a link to do so!).
